Rachael Lou Ann (Sue) Cooper

RACHAEL LOU ANN (SUE) MERRITT COOPER, age 84, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013. She was a member of Baring Cross Baptist Church. She was a charter member of the Southwest Hospital Auxiliary where she worked as a volunteer for twenty years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Annie Merritt and step-father, Ruben O'Neal. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, John W. Cooper; two sons, Mike Cooper and Jerry Cooper (Miriam); two daughters, Linda Hullett (Michael) and Elizabeth Cornish (Kyler); and five grandchildren, Kristen Bagby (Tom), Steve Cooper, Blakely Henson (Kevin), Meredith Cornish, and Alex Hullett. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the building fund at Baring Cross Baptist Church 7541 Warden Rd. Sherwood, Ark. 72116. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at Baring Cross Baptist Church.
