Renee Peyton Perry, 50, of El Dorado, died Friday, April 26, 2013 in Pine Bluff. She was born March 2, 1963 in Pine Bluff, daughter of David and Glenda Cox Peyton. Mrs. Perry was reared and received her early education in White Hall, graduating from White Hall High School. She earned her BA from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Renee earned two master's degrees, one from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and the other from University of Central Arkansas. She was currently the beloved librarian at Watson Chapel High School. Mrs. Perry had been attending Lisbon United Methodist Church near El Dorado where her husband, Reverend Charles Perry, is the current pastor. She was a lifetime member and Past Matron of Union Chapter No. 40, Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Perry was installed April 7th as Queen of MAT-TA-NAH Temple No. 136, Daughters of the Nile. Survivors include her husband, Reverend Charles Perry of El Dorado; daughter, Laura Brandon of Magnolia; step-daughter, Karen Joyner of El Dorado; two step-sons, Jon Perry of Urbana and Scot Perry of El Dorado; parents, David and Glenda Peyton of White Hall; brother, David Peyton of White Hall; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Monday, April 29, 2013 at First Baptist Church of White Hall with Reverend Bruce Bennett and Dr. David Bush officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 2-4 p.m. at Robinson's.
