Loraine Jackson Tatum

Loraine Jackson Tatum of Benton, died Tuesday, December 17, 2013. She was born March 24, 1934 in Traskwood, Arkansas to Clara Ashley Jackson and the late Charlie S. Jackson who was killed in a car/train accident on September 4, 1933 in Camden, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, L.M. Tatum. Loraine is survived by her daughter, Marla Baumgartner and husband, Rick of Benton, son, Monte Tatum and wife, Sherrie of Benton, granddaughter, Amy Loraine Sample and husband, David and their three daughters, Hayley Loraine, Emily Claire, and Ashley Paige all of Cabot; grandsons, Adam Baumgartner of New Orleans, Louisiana, Connor Tatum of Benton and step-grandson, Heath Ericson and wife, Hope and their son, Liam of North Little Rock. To honor her request, there will be no visitation. Burial will be private under the direction of Ashby Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to UAMS Hematology Department, The American Heart Association, Arkansas Hospice or New Friendship Cemetery.
