Clara Phillips-Cogshell, 69, passed peacefully December 21, 2013. Her loving survivors include: husband, Evins Cogshell; daughter, Contessa Smith; step-children, Tiffany Robinson-Flowers (Gaston), Elvis Cogshell (Gloria), Greg Cogshell, Evins D. Cogshell and Antwan Robinson; three siblings,a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends. Services will be Friday, December 27, 2013, 11 a.m. at Friendly Chapel Church of the Nazarene, 116 S. Pine St., North Little Rock, Ark., 72114.
