Derek Justin Carter, 28, of Knobel, Arkansas, passed away February 4, 2013. Services will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel with Charles Carrens officiating. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas in charge of arrangements. Visitation will begin at noon.
