JEWELL M. RAILEY, 87, of Little Rock, Ark. went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013. She was born Sept. 12, 1925 in Atkins, Ark. to the late Enoch Cooksey and Bessie Laycook Cooksey. She worked as a telephone operator, then homemaker and was a member of Park Place Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Homer Railey; two brothers, Benjamin Cooksey and Pete Cooksey; two sisters, Lorrene Nattoli and Beulah Randazzo. She is survived by son, Jason Railey of Little Rock; two brothers, Albert Ray Cooksey and Bervyn Lee Cooksey both of Atkins, Ark. Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013 at Antioch Cemetery in Social Hill, Ark. with Reverend Lynn Baxter officiating.
