Willard E. Hughes, 82, of Piggott, Ark., passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013. Services will be held Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at 3 p.m. in the First Baptist Church in Piggott, Ark. with Charles Carrens and Rob Welborn officiating. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Ark., is in charge of the arrangements.
