JoAnn Vance, 68 of Quitman, died Tuesday, July 9, 2013. JoAnn was born May 1, 1945 in Searcy, Ark. to the late Clark and Ruby Lee (King) Martindill. She is preceded in death by one brother and one sister. JoAnn is survived by her husband of 39 years, Roy Vance of Quitman; children, Nita Lee Willis (Waymon), Delana Smith (Richard); brother, Harvey Martindill (Nancy); four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
