Preston Charles Nicholson

Preston Charles Nicholson, 72, of Conway passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. He was born on Wednesday, August 14, 1940 in Camden to the late Preston C. and Betha (Adams) Nicholson. He was loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved his family and especially his grandson. His was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. His passion was hunting. He attended Open Arms Assembly of God in Beebe. He is survived by his loving wife of forty-five years, Joeann (Harrod) Nicholson; son, Bryan Nicholson; grandson, Cody Nicholson; sisters, Bett Mills, Margie Nicholson, and Bobbie Lindow; and brothers, Mike Nicholson and Don Nicholson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Dorothy Lengle and Pat Green. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway with Pastor Glen Dorsey officiating. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park with Bill Harrod, Ronald Bailey, Glenn Spear, Jim Harrod, Chuck Johnson, and David James serving as pallbearers.
