Earnestene Elwanda Martin

Earnestene Elwanda Martin, 79, of Bald Knob, passed from this life May 2, 2013 at her residence. She was born Oct. 24, 1933 in Osceola, Ark. to the late Earnest and Ruth Turner Rawlins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Neal Martin; daughter, Debbie Martin; grandson, Tony Sherrill; and two brothers, Robert Rawlins and William A. "Bill" Guinn. She is survived by seven children, Brenda Son and husband Lowry of Searcy, Judith Sherrill and husband Danny of Bald Knob, Bobby Martin and wife Evelyn of Jonesboro, Rita Stiles and husband Terry of Bald Knob, Jackie Ramsey and husband Don of Bald Knob, Marty Martin of Little Rock, and Clifford Martin of Bald Knob; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
