Virgil E. Smart

Virgil E. Smart, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013. He was born September 15, 1947 to Virgil and Maxine Smart. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Smart. He will be missed by family and friends. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1 p.m. at the cemetery.
