Jacky Lee Dickens

Jacky Lee Dickens, 50, of Gurdon, Ark., formerly of Russellville, Ark., passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in Little Rock, Ark. Jacky was born September 8, 1962 to James Lee and Bonnie (Robertson) Dickens in Russellville, Ark. Jacky was an electrician and worked for numerous construction companies throughout his career. Jacky loved reading and music and spending time with his family and friends. Jacky is preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew Jackson"A.J." and Lula (Dilday) Robertson, Lee Dickens, and Emma and Johnny Goddard and a special cousin and friend, Ricky Nelms. Jacky is survived by his wife, Melissa Rutherford Dickens, a son, James Thomas "J.T." Dickens both of Gurdon, Ark.; a daughter, Kayla Dickens, a grandson, Kash Branscum, both of Batesville, Ark.; his parents, Jim and Bonnie Dickens; a sister, Belinda (Chris) Bowen; a niece, Emily Bowen; a nephew, Andrew Bowen, all of Russellville, Ark., and numerous other relatives and friends from along the way. Visitation will be, Friday, May 10, 2013 in the Pharr Funeral Home of Gurdon Chapel from 6–8 pm. Graveside service will be, Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the Center Ridge Cemetery with Bro. Randy Cox officiating, under the direction of Pharr Funeral of Home of Gurdon.
