CANDACE (CONNIE) W. FOWLER passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 after a brief illness. She died peacefully surrounded by her family. Connie was born on Oct. 18, 1922 in Des Moines, Iowa to Jay Wise and Barbara Broad. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday May 14, 2013 in Second Presbyterian Church, 600 Pleasant Valley Dr, with a visitation from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Monday May 13, 2013 at Ruebel Funeral Home. We invite you to dress brightly and join us to celebrate Connie's life. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Life Quest or the Audubon Society.
