Delma L. Besley

Delma Laverne Besley age 78, of Jacksonville passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at home. She was born October 5, 1935 in La Camp, Louisiana, to Effie (Winegart) and Elmer A. Chevalier. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, James E. Besley Jr. and son Robert Allen Besley. She is survived by her daughter Sicily "Sissy" Ann Besley of Jacksonville, one son, James D. (Krista) Besley and their six children of Wooster. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice and Arkansas Children's Hospital.
