Daisy Dale Kolasci

Daisy Dale Kolasci, 97, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Monday, October 21, 2013 at Highlands Health & Rehab in Bella Vista. She was born on August 26, 1916 in Fairview, Arkansas to John Edwin Eubank and Sue Dunn Eubank. She attended school at a one room schoolhouse in Fairview until 4th grade then bussed to Sparkman, Arkansas where she graduated in 1934. She attended St. Vincent's Infirmary Nursing School and graduated with an RN Degree. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church since 1935. She retired from Arkansas Children's Hospital on August 1, 1981. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, A.J. Kolasci; son, Ronnie Kolasci; daughter, Betty Jane McMurtry two brothers and five sisters. She is survived by daughter, Jo Anne Fairchild, of Bentonville, Arkansas; son-in-law Charles McMurty of Bella Vista, Arkansas; two sisters, Jo Greene of Little Rock, Arkansas, Rachel Alexander of Mobile, Alabama; four grandchildren, Brent Fairchild of Cumming, Georgia, Kim Davison of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Greg Fairchild of Cumming, Georgia, Scott McMurtry of New York, New York; and six great-grandchildren, Katie Davison, Lindsey Davison, Hannah Davison, Tyler Fairchild, Dylan Fairchild and Ali Fairchild. A Graveside Service will be held at Pine Crest Memorial Park Cemetery, Alexander, Arkansas on May 10, 2014. Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Arkansas.
