Luke Mire

On Friday, April 25, 2014 Luke Mire, loving husband of Amelia Murphy Mire passed from this world. He is survived by his wife, Amelia M. Mire, his parents, Lee & Beth Mire, and his sisters, Virginia, Abby & her husband Josh Richardson, & Amanda Mire and two nieces, Cecilia & Elliana Scrivener. He leaves behind a large family of origin from Louisiana as well as a large family of in-laws, the Murphys of Arkansas, all of whom love him dearly. Luke was born in New Orleans, La. on October 13, 1981 @ Hotel Dieu Hospital. He graduated from Glendale High School in Springfield, Missouri and went on to attend & graduate from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Luke leaves behind a wealth of staunch loving friends, family, & his faithful dog Herbie. He will be remembered for his quick wit, spontaneous humor, & loving presence. We all wish you were here.
