Anita Marie Lewis

ANITA MARIE LEWIS, 72, of Jacksonville, Ark. passed away on Tuesday, Dec.2, 2014 after a short illness. She was born in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. She was predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Kathleen neé Boland Fleming, and two sisters, Mercedes and Theresa. She was an adored mother and wife. Survivors include her husband, Eugene P. Lewis; two children, Stacey Stewart of Salt Lake City, Utah and Dawn Renee Cecil and husband, Brad currently residing in Jacksonville; brothers, Frederick Fleming and wife, Mary and John Fleming and wife, Veronica all of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; sister, Margaret Swinimer of Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada. She had four grandchildren, Zoe, Daenerys, McKinley and Parker. Visitation will be 6–8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, 2014 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Rd., North Little Rock, AR 72117. A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. during the visitation period. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, AR 72116 with Father Tom Elliott as celebrant.
