Andrew Scotty Pratt

Andrew "Scotty" Pratt, 23, of Cabot passed away in an auto accident in White County Sunday, February 2, 2014. Scotty attended Arkansas Tech University while pursuing a career in Marketing and Management. He also had a great love for music and played several instruments including Saxophone, Bass, Electric and Acoustic guitar. Scotty was born January 27, 1991 to Tony and Sandra Higgins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Edward "Jack" Dempsey, Aunt Judy James and Uncle Louis Lipke. He is survived by his parents, Tony and Sandra Higgins; two sisters, Stephanie Powell and Ashley Higgins and a brother, David Powell, other survivors are his grandparents Kay and Frankie Case, and Donald and Barbara Pratt, Jr., Aunt Penny Lipke, Uncle Mark Prine and wife Lisa, great-grandmother, Mae Dempsey, and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Ark. 72116 (501-791-7400) with Reverend Bob Slagley officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Springs Cemetery, in Cabot.
