Jeanne L. Fellone

Jeanne L. Fellone, (born Vincenza Lucia Gasparrini), age 86, of Southbury Conn.,(formerly of Oxford and Monroe, Conn.) left this world for "The Great Beyond" on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Waterbury Hospital. Jeanne was born on December 13, 1927 in Bridgeport, Conn. to Gaetano and Beatrice (Federici) Gasparrini. She was the widow of Frank J. Fellone, her beloved husband of 50 years. Survivors include: five sons: Robert Fellone of Cedar City, Utah; William Fellone and his wife, Donna of New Fairfield, Conn.; Frank J. Fellone Jr. and his wife, Kay of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Paul Fellone and his wife, Nancy of Peru, N.Y.; Richard Fellone and his wife, Janelle of Chesapeake, Va.; grandsons: Jason Fellone and his wife, Erica of Ashford, Conn.; Brian Fellone and his wife, Linda of Maumelle, Ark.; Frank Fellone of Hartford, Conn.; Vincent Fellone and his wife, Anthea of Richardson, Texas; Nicholas Fellone and his wife, Molly of Little Rock, Arkansas; Travis Fellone and his wife, Julie of New Fairfield, Conn.; Tyler Fellone and his partner, Sasha of Savannah, Ga.; Daniel, Jacob and Zachary Fellone of Chesapeake, Va.; great-grandchildren: Matthew and Michael Fellone of Maumelle, Ark.; Jackson, Noah and Felicity Fellone of Richardson, Texas, Lilianna Fellone of New Fairfield, Conn.; her sisters: Mary Alter of Trumbull, Conn.; Gloria Hawley of Rutland Vermont and her sister-in-law, Teresa Fratesi of Easton, Conn.; her brothers: Dominick Gasparrini and his wife, Irene of Milford, Conn.; Pat Gasparrini and his wife, Betty of Trumbull, Conn.; many special nieces and nephews and her special friend, Teddy, at River Glen Healthcare Center. She was predeceased by her beloved sister, Gilda Gasparrini. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday February 17th at 11 a.m. at St. Jude Roman Catholic Church 707 Monroe Turnpike Monroe. Interment will follow in Long Hill Burial Grounds Cemetery Middlebrooks Avenue Trumbull. Friends may visit Monday February 17th prior to the Funeral Mass from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home 315 Monroe Turnpike Monroe. The family wishes to thank the staff of Waterbury Hospital for their kindness and care and would especially like to thank the staff of River Glen Healthcare Center in Southbury, Conn. who cared for her for the past five years with extreme kindness and love.
