Billie Jean Jenkins Onwumere, 59, Little Rock, departed this life February 24, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Lewis; mother, Roxie Tillman. She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Tracie Anderson (Theodore), Lisa Steen (Andre), Karen Jenkins, Dennis Van Jenkins, Jr., Tonya Butler (Vincent); siblings, Joe Willie Williams (Linda), Jimmy Vasser (Renita), Emma Agyie, Ortha Mae Vasser, James Vasser, Jr., Letha, Christine, Edward, Donial, Clendell, Herman Lewis, Deloise Gupton, Berdine Sims, Linda Dortch, Queen Graves, Bobbie Jean Maxwell, Jessie Galdus, Elizabeth Foster; sister-in-law, Brenda Vasser; 18 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers.
