Carolyn Scott Dodd

CAROLYN SCOTT DODD, 75, of Maumelle, a loving mother and devoted grandmother departed from this life, Friday, Jan. 03, 2014. She was born Nov. 11, 1938 in Bald Knob to Dr. Carroll Dodd and Ardelle Dodd. She was a faithful member of the Catholic Church. Carolyn is survived by her son, Michael Gipson (Joy) of Little Rock; daughter, Christy Grimes (Wen) of Maumelle; grandchildren, Leland and Michael and Brennen and Hayden. Carolyn is also survived by her brother, Jimmy Dodd and extended family, Terrel and Teresa Gipson of Little Rock. Memorials may be made in Carolyn's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Mass of Christian burial for Carolyn will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in (Marche), North Little Rock. Burial will be in Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery.
