Victor Roy Finley, 68, Pine Bluff, departed this life Dec. 30, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Finley, Finley and Queen Esther Davis; brother, Nathaniel Finley; sisters, Maggie Finley, Nancy Finley, Gloria Baines, Carrie Williams. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Linda Sue Finley; children, Vicki Taylor, DeAnthony Reynolds, LeFredrick Reynolds, Portia Neal; step-mother, Essie Mae Finley; brothers, Finley Davis III, Bruce Davis, Rev. Reginald Finley; sisters, Lucinda Finley, France Redwine, Lynette Jones, Rebecca King, Shirley Thompson, Kathleen Marlene, John Finley; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; a host of family and friends.
