Joyce Genevieve McInturff Cooper, 85, of Sherwood passed away Monday, January 6, 2014. She was born in Lonoke County to the late William Porter and Annie Burkhead Plummer. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; and husbands, Richard (R.A.) McInturff; Randell Cooper; four sisters and two brothers. Joyce was a life long member of Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church. She was retired and enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her. Joyce enjoyed traveling, camping, and working Jig-Saw Puzzles and her Sunday School Class (Willing-Workers). She is survived by children, Ronald McInturff (Doni) and Donna Oury (Mike); grandchildren, Rhonda Morgan (Scott), Sha Steele (Brant), Brannon Garrison, DeAnna Garrison and Bryce Garrison; great-grandchildren A.J. McInturff, Gracie St. Romaine, Bailey Garrison, Braylon Steele, and Blakely Steele; and one brother, Doyne Plummer (Betty) and host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Ark. 72116, (501-791-7400). Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Cabot. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at the funeral home.
