Frances J. Rodriguez

Frances J. Rodriguez, 87, of Little Rock died January 4, 2014. She was born August 7, 1926 in Rainsville, New Mexico the daughter of Marino and Rosa Cruz Rivera. She married Benigno L Rodriguez July 16, 1949 in Loveland Pass, Colorado. A member of St. Edward Catholic Church, she loved caring for her family and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and 6 brothers and sisters. Survivors are Cecilla (Eric) Troppoli, Theresa (Tom) Travis, Marian (Charles) Humphrey, Monica (Jeff) Poe, Patricia (Marty) Carter, James (Angela) Rodriguez, and Edward (Chris) Rodriguez, all of Little Rock; five brothers and sisters; 19 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Catholic Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 10th at St. Edward Catholic Church, 9th and Sherman Streets, Little Rock with Fr. Warren Harvey, celebrant. Rosary with visitation following will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, January 9th at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock (501) 661-9111. Entombment will follow at Forest Hills Mausoleum.
