Cecil Howard went to be with the Lord Jan. 10, 2014 at the age of 88. He was born March 26, 1925 to Clarence V. & Netha Howard. He graduated East End High School, was a retired wood maker and loved gardening & fishing.
He was preceded in death by his Mom and Dad; four brothers, Alfred, Buck, Clarence Jr., Leslie; and twin sisters whom died at birth. He is survived by two brothers, Abner (Dorothy) Howard of East End, Bill (Madelline) Howard of Ore.; one sister, Iola Smith of East End; many nieces, nephews & other relatives that loved him very much.
Pallbearers will be his nephews. Visitation will be at Huson Funeral Home Sunday, Jan. 12 from 6-8 p.m. Graveside services and the burial will be at Salem Cemetery at 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 13, 2014.
