MR. OCE WILLIAM RUSSELL, 89, of Los Angeles and formerly of North Little Rock, died Jan. 10, 2014. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Belton, Harmon, Chester and Jack; and his wife, Mauda Evelyn Russell. He is survived by his son, Jay Russell; daughter-in-law, Lee Cunningham; and grandson, Beau Russell, all of Los Angeles.
