Claudette Carr

CLAUDETTE CARR, 78, of North Little Rock, passed into heavenly rest Jan. 24, 2014. She was born in Little Rock on March 1, 1935 to the late Claude C. Purvis and Ethel Riner Purvis. Claudette enjoyed genealogy, square dancing, and participated in Bible Study Fellowship for 17 years. She was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock. She and her husband owned a business, John Carr, Inc., where Claudette served as treasurer and secretary for over 30 years. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Those remaining to cherish her memory are her husband, John Carr; son, Kevin Carr; daughter, Joni (Eddie) Walker; grandchildren, Katie (Chad) Reid, Justin Walker, Jake Carr, and Cody Carr; and great-grandchildren, Logan Reid, Wiley Reid, and Sully Reid all of North Little Rock.
