Jerry L. Fritts

Jerry L. Fritts departed this life for his Heavenly home on January 28, 2014, after his long battle with a lung disease. Jerry was 63 years old, and had resided in Searcy for the past 40 years. He was the proprietor of the Junk-N-tique where he and his companion boxer "Jack" could be found daily wheeling and dealing. Jerry was a born again Christian and attended Revival Church. He is survived by his parents, Harvey & Vivian Fritts of North Little Rock, Arkansas, sister, Barbara (Fritts) Wade, two nieces, Cyndi Thresher and Cherri Mertz-Hatley, great-nephews, Bryson Thresher, Peyton Mertz and great-niece, Brooke Thresher all of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Jerry spent his last eight months of life in Hot Springs surrounded by his family who loved him unconditionally. Arrangements are being made by Arkansas Funeral Care of Jacksonville and a graveside service will be Thursday, January 30, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Arkansas Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville, Ark. www.arkansasfuneralcare.com.
