William C. Pinson

William C. Pinson Sr., 84 of Little Rock, died Friday, July 4, 2014 William was born February 2, 1930 in Moscow, Ark. to the late William and Myona (Eoff) Pinson. He is also preceded in death by wife, Marguerite S. Pinson, siblings Iva "Jo" Jarrell, Kenneth "Buddy" Pinson, Claud Pinson, Annie Pinson, and Juanita Pinson, and son-in-law, Tim Voigt. Mr. Pinson was a Navy veteran, and received a Bachelor's degree from Arkansas Tech University. He was a member of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church and played the trumpet for Little Rock Community Orchestra. He also enjoyed teaching others to play the trumpet. He is survived by daughter, Teresa Voigt and son, William C. Pinson, Jr. and wife Giovanna; grandchildren, Angela Pang and husband Luis, Melissa Perez and husband Daniel, Tim Voigt, Jr. and wife Lisa, and Cris "Crissy" Koehrer; and great-grandchildren, Sarah and Luis Pang, Naomi, Jeremiah, Emily, and Bailey Perez, and Trinity, Wesley, and Jocelyn Voigt. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 12, 2014 at St. Margaret's Episcopal Church, 20900 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock.
