Lillie Dale Halbert Baxley, 101, Little Rock went to join her heavenly father July 15, 2014. Born January 17, 1913 in Mt. Olive Arkansas to the late Bob and Lizzie Halbert. She was a homemaker most of her life with a brief career at Munsey Toaster.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard (JL) Baxley; three daughters, Betty Sue Rhodes; Creda Sandlin; Juanita Batman; four brothers; six sisters; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Survivors include three sons, John (Irene) Baxley; Jimmy (Fran) Baxley; Ray (Lisa) Baxley and one daughter, Carolyn Utley; one sister, Bobbie Hale; 26 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren; 42 great-great-grandchildren and other family, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, July 18, 2014 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home Chapel, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 with Brother Jerry Kidd officiating.
