Jessamine Thomas Bishop

Jessamine Thomas Bishop age 90 of Arkadelphia died Tuesday, July 22, 2014. She was born April 17, 1924 the daughter of Jesse Bruce and Hazel Van Camp Jones. She was retired from General Dynamics and a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She is predeceased by her husbands, Lewis Thomas and W.C. Bishop and grandchildren, Letitia and Brian Thomas. Her survivors include her daughter, Sherry Cagle of Joan, son, Lewis Thomas (Bud) of Roseburg, Ore., grandchildren, Laurie More and James Miller and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 26 in Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Pastor Ray Franklin officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
