Robert "Bob" Lloyd Dugan

Robert "Bob" Lloyd Dugan of Perryville, Arkansas, was born October 12, 1925, to his parents in Poteau, Oklahoma, and passed away July 22, 2014, in Morrillton, Arkansas, at the age of 88. He was the General Manager of Auto Parts of British-Leyland Company of England, a World War II Navy Veteran and one of the original 300 Beach Jumpers, as well as a four time Purple Heart recipient. His love of the ocean never ceased. He was the Skipper of his own boat, Commodore of Clearwater Yacht Club in Clearwater, Florida, served as an official on many sailing Regattas in Florida. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mae Dugan. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jeanette Johnson Dugan, two sons: Paul Talley and wife, Nicole, of Florida, and Scott Talley and wife, Jennifer of Florida; two daughters: Susan Talley of Perryville, Arkansas, and Pamela Talley of Little Rock, Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A private graveside will be held 2 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2014, at Oakland Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas. A celebration of his life will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2014, at the Perryville United Methodist Church in Perryville, Arkansas, with Pastor Terri Lynn Bunnell officiating.
