William Eugene Bell, 92, of Sterling, Virginia, died Friday.
Graveside service will be at 3 p.m., Monday in Oakland Cemetery in Russellville, with the Rev. James Hamilton officiating and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
