Gaylord Howard, 69, died Saturday, at Little Rock hospital. He is survived by sister, Rhene Smith (Wayne) of Springfield, Mo.; brother, Billy Howard Sr. (Terry) of Little Rock; nine nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be Saturday, 11 a.m., House-Gregg Funeral Home of Lynn. Private burial at a later date.
