Robert Keith Carter, 60, died Thursday. Survivors include wife, Rachel Carter; children, Joshua Carter, of California, Jeremy Carter, and Kristen Carter-Johnson both of Pine Bluff; one grandson; two brothers, Charles Carter of Maumelle, and Max Carter of Virginia.
