Kimberly Askew Powell, 46, of Hot Springs Village, passed into glory on Sunday, March 23, 2014 after a tough battle with cancer. She was born on August 7, 1967 in Magnolia and raised in El Dorado, Arkansas. She is survived by her husband, Larry Powell DDS; two children, Jessica and Lane; her Dad and mother, Joe and Carol Askew of El Dorado; two brothers, Joey and Terry Askew of El Dorado. Visitation and service will be 10:30am at Walnut Valley Church on North Hwy. 7, Hot Springs, Arkansas. There will be a graveside service at Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church in Dalark, Arkansas.
