Toni Nelson, 37, of Jacksonville, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014. She leaves to cherish her memory; children, Teara Clark, Tamorion Vann and Cam'Ron Holmes; parents, Jimmy Harvey and Wilma Nelson; siblings, Jimmy Harvey, Jr., Tiffany Eagle (Gregory) Jamie and Tassie Nelson; fiance', Nathan Vann, and a host of other relatives and friends.
