Keith Alan Mincemoyer

Keith Alan Mincemoyer, 66, of Hardy, Ark. departed this life peacefully with his wife and daughter by his side on Oct. 30, 2014 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Ark. Mr. Mincemoyer was born on Nov. 29, 1947 in Rockford, Ill. the son of Frances Wilbert and Kathryn Elizabeth (Gibson) Mincemoyer. He married Sue Ann Frisk on Jan. 7, 1967 and to this union born a son, Todd of Seattle, Wash. and a daughter, Tammi of Hong Kong, SAR, China. Keith married Julia Baldridge on Sept. 10, 2000 and they enjoyed 14 happy years together. Keith proudly served his country in the Air Force during the Vietnam War, with four years of active service and two years in the reserves. He spent the years of his working life in sales and manufacturing. Later he owned the apparel store "The Clothes Closet" in Hardy, Ark. He retired from Wal-Mart in September 2003. He was a member of the Union Hill Community Church in Mammoth Spring, Ark. and president of the board of directors of the Mission of Hope in Hardy, Ark. at the time of his passing. He is survived by his wife; son and daughter; two grandchildren, Austin and Ella Williams; son-in-law, Brock Williams of Hong Kong, China; sister-in-law, Donna Mincemoyer of Rockford, Ill.; sister-in-law, Barbara (Scott) Wall of Maumelle, Ark.; brother-in-law, Jim (Cindy) Baldridge; his three nephews, David (Jodi) Mincemoyer of Stillman Vally, Ill.; Adam Baldridge of Melbourne, Ark. and Matt Baldridge of Hardy, Ark., as well as niece, Lauren Wall of Maumelle, Ark. Also, Laurel Ortiz of Seattle, Wash., Roger and Sue Cramer of Peoria, Ariz. He was proceeded in death by his parents; his brother, Lee (Donna) Mincemoyer, and nephew, James Mincemoyer. A memorial service will be held at Wortham Funeral Home in Hardy, Ark. on Saturday, Nov. 1 from 3-5 p.m. In lieu of the flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Keith's name to the Mission of Hope, 3968 Highway 62-412, Hardy, AR 72542.
