MaryDell Crawford Paulette, 96, of Little Rock died Monday, November 3, 2014. She was born April 18, 1918 in Little Rock, the daughter of T.W. and Martha James Crawford. She was preceded in death by her two sons, Daniel Paulette and Chuck Paulette. She is survived by her husband of 76 years (August 13, 1938), Roy Paulette; daughters, Judy McBryde (Michael) and Liz Ashley (Troy); 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. MaryDell was full of life and devoted to her family. She was instrumental for many years in Paulette & Company's homebuilding business with her innovative home designs and floor plans. One of her favorite remodeling projects was Bishop Andrew McDonald's home. The bishop had been one of their special friends and after completion; he honored her with a Mass in his private chapel and a wonderful appreciation dinner. She also enjoyed cooking for her family and had an amazing talent for designing her own clothes. She was always ahead of the curve. The family very much appreciated the loving care she received by Chenal Rehab and Healthcare Center of Little Rock. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 7, 2014 at Christ the King Catholic Church with Msgr. Francis I. Malone as Celebrant. Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the church with visitation following. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
