William Simpkins

William Simpkins 65, of Richmond, California, formerly of Little Rock, Ark., passed October 21, 2014. He was a former employee of the Veterans Administration Hospital for 16 years. He's preceded in death by both parents; and his daughter, Ava C. Berry. Survived by four daughters and two sons. Services will be held Saturday, November 15, 2014, 11 am, at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester Street, Little Rock, Ark. (501) 372-1305.
