Donald "Woody" J Lankford

Donald J. "Woody" Lankford, 46, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord on November 12, 2014. Woody was a carpenter by trade and a very hard worker. He was funny and sweet and never met a stranger. Woody always had a smile on his face and loved to make people laugh. He was predeceased by his grandparents, James and Owetta Walpole. Woody is survived by his mother, Vicki Lankford of Little Rock; sister, Frankie Anderson (Jeremiah) of Fort Hood, Texas; brothers, Dennis Ragsdale of Jessieville, Michael Taylor (Dana) of Jacksonville and William Taylor of Benton; uncles, Denis Walpole (Tammie) of Benton and Dale Walpole of Little Rock; aunts, Barbara Grant of Little Rock and Mary Matthews of Little Rock; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will 10 a.m. Saturday at Caruth Village Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Kitchens officiating. Interment will follow in Green Cemetery. Pallbearers include Dennis Ragsdale, Michael Taylor, William Taylor, Tristan Keen, Nathan Ragsdale, Wallace Combee and Jeremiah Anderson.
