Lois Hellen Woods "Sis" Price

Lois Helen Woods "Sis" Price, age 75, of Greers Ferry, formerly of Pine Bluff, passed away Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014. Helen was born in Pine Bluff to Joe Woods and Mary Tate Woods on July 7, 1939. She graduated from Watson Chapel High School in 1957. She worked as a secretary at Heagler Consulting Engineers and First Assembly of God Church for many years and then enjoyed being a homemaker. Cooking, traveling and spending time with her family were her favorite activities. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, her survivors include her husband, Ellis Price of Greer Ferry; two daughters, Judy Price of Maumelle and Lori Price Davis of Bryant; three brothers, Don Wood and wife, Linda of Broken Arrow, Okla., Jack Woods and wife, Shirley of Greers Ferry and Ben Woods and wife, Kay of Hot Springs; three grandchildren, Evan, Emily and Ashley Davis of Bryant and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. A visitation will be held and First Assembly of God Church in Pine Bluff on Monday, Dec. 1, 2014 at 1 p.m. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will follow at 2 p.m., officiated by her nephew, Rev. Ron Woods, pastor of The Assembly at Broken Arrow in Broken Arrow, Okla. and Rev. Greg Bell, pastor of Pine Bluff First Assembly of God Church. Interment will following Brown Cemetery in Jefferson County by Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services of Pine Bluff.
