Darryl Noel, 51, of Cherokee Village, Ark., passed away Oct. 16. Survivors include wife, Susan; two sons; five daughters; two brothers; one sister; four grandchildren. Memorial services will be Sunday, Oct. 19, at 2 p.m. at Christ Vision Ministries in Ash Flat. Arrangements with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
