Wilma Clendenen, 89, of Hope, Arkansas died September 22, 2014 in Hope, Arkansas. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. at the White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, De Ann, Arkansas on Wednesday, September 24, 2014. Service will follow at 2 p.m. under the direction of Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home.
