Jimmie D. Massingill, 83, of Morrilton, Ark. went to be with our Lord on Friday, Sept. 26, 2014. He was the son of Glen and Ola Massingill of Hattieville.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, LaVerne Massingill and two sons, Donald Bruce Massingill of Collierville, Tenn., and Dennis Brian Massingill (Nancy) of Morrilton. One granddaughter, Amanda Davidson of North Little Rock.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, at the Harris Chapel, with burial at Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014, from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. Online guestbook: www.harrisfuneralhomes.net.
