Charlie White

Mr. Charlie White age 64, of Forrest City, Arkansas died Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at the Baptist Hospital in Memphis. Mr. White was born January 23, 1951 in Forrest City. He was the son of Charles E. White and Virginia Bradford White Nicks. Mr. White was a Realtor and a member of the Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church. Mr. White married Christy Gates White in 1970. She survives him along with two sons David White and wife Lacy of Texarkana, Texas, Gates White of Forrest City; a daughter Turner White Cunningham and husband David of North Little Rock; his mother Virginia Nicks of Forrest City; a brother Bill "Wiggy" White of Forrest City; a sister Ginny Huckaba of Russellville. Six grandchildren also survive him, Claire Sanson White, Griffin White, Walter Menefee, Chloe Cunningham, Abbey Cunningham and Riley Cunningham. His father, Charles E. White, his stepfather, James Nicks and cousin and fishing buddy, Wayman White preceded him in death. Memorial services will be held Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. in Forrest City. Visit online registry at stevensfuneralhome.net.
