Jerry Martin Ragan

Jerry Martin Ragan, 70, of DeWitt passed away Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015, at his home. Jerry was born Oct. 16, 1944, in Little Rock. He was a graduate of Wabbaseka High School and retired after 38 years with International Paper. He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Ragan; his parents, Ann Fox Ragan Capps and Robert Capps Jr.; one sister, Patricia Ann Capps Musticchi; grandson, Jacob Cade Coleman. Survivors are his wife, Brenda Smith Ragan; one son, Robert Mac Ragan (Stephanie) of England; three daughters, Ronda Ragan Coleman (Craig) of DeWitt, Erica Russell of DeWitt and Coby Ragan of Cabot; brothers, Gary Pete Capps (Patti) of Altheimer and Billy Capps (Betty) of Altheimer; one sister, Judy Capps Coit (Charles L.) of DeWitt; brother-in-law, Rick Musticchi of Searcy; eight grandchildren, Garrett Coleman, Alec and Rachel Ragan, Summer Travis, Kaleb and Rayce Russell, Raylen and Emerson Alexander. Funeral services, with Bro. Scott Griffie officiating, are 10 a.m. Friday at Turpin Funeral Home with burial in Crockett's Bluff Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Turpin Funeral Home.
