Christena Gwen Bechtel

Christena Gwen Bechtel, 39, of Benton passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2015. She was born April 16, 1975 in Benton. Ms. Bechtel graduated from Benton High School in '93 and loved being a Nurses' Aide and helping others. Her paternal grandfather, Junior Bechtel and maternal grandfather, Ernest Dover preceded her in death. She is survived by her son, Alex Bechtel of Benton; parents, Mike Bechtel and Dr. Shanni Dover; three step-brothers, Carl Currier, William Currier and Jonathan Bechtel; one step-sister, Tonya Smith; paternal grandmother, Minnie Bechtel of Benton and maternal grandmother, Pearlie Dover of Rogers, Ark.; several uncles, aunts and other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047). Internment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
