Lawrence A. Brown

Lawrence A. Brown, 81, of Aurora passed away Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015 at Seasons Hospice in Naperville, Ill. He was born in Fayetteville, Ark., son of Frank M. Brown and Letha Mae Litchfield. Lawrence worked for 42 years as a piping designer with Procon, Raytheon, Fluor and Brown and Root companies. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Helen (Sternik), loving sons Preston (Shari Karmen) and Michael Brown; grandchildren, Shaina, Koby, Chance and Hallie; sisters-in-law, Irene Karnazes, Joan Sternik, Marcy Powers and Barbara Dresen; brother-in-law, Steve (Barbara) Sternik; many nieces and nephews and a cousin, Harvey Nash in Little Rock, Ark. He was preceded in death by his brother, Marvin (Doris Nell) Brown. Visitation will be Monday, Jan. 26, 2015 from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N.
