Ruby Mae Finkbeiner Kozel

Ruby Mae Finkbeiner Kozel, 91, of Perryville passed away Friday, Jan. 23, 2015. She was born Jan. 2, 1924 in Houston, Ark., the daughter of the late Albert and Ulla Pritchett Finkbeiner. She was a member of Perryville Second Baptist Church. She retired as secretary to the Perry County Home Extension Office. In 1947, she was secretary to Legal Counsel of the Nuremberg War Crimes Trial where she met her husband Al Kozel who was chief engineer. Survivors include her children, Michael (Karyn) Kozel of Nashville, Tenn., Beth (Mike) Edmison of Conway and Wolf Kozel of Perryville; grandchildren, Camille Edmison, Melissa Edmison, Lindsey (Roy) Droste and Austin Edmison and six great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015 at Perryville Cemetery, with Bro. Free Clower officiating. Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home in Perryville.
